Oréll digital language lab (Oréll Talk) has been set up at DBS College, one of the leading institutes in Gondia, Maharashtra. The S2 version of Oréll Talk was installed in DBSC by Mr. Randeep, Technical Support Executive at Oréll. Post-installation training was provided to the equip lecturers of the college with the essential skills so that they can make the language teaching sessions more easily and lively and help them to have a positive and pleasing experience while using Oréll Talk language software.
Oréll Talk is a technology enabled language laboratory, which has the power to motivate and engage students through audio, video and different other language learning activities offering new paradigms for teachers and learners alike. Through this digital tool, teachers can easily track students’ activities and notice what they do and how often they practice. Progress in students’ learning can also be assessed continuously for giving additional support to them.
Dhote Bandhu Science College has the privilege of identifying itself as an exclusive Science College in the whole of Gondia District. The founder president of the Gondia Education Society Late Manoharbhai patel along with his companion late Kashiramji Dhote with their best endeavour set up Dhote Bandhu Science College in 1969. Since then the college is marching on the path of progress and prosperity. In 1999, the college started post graduation courses in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Computer Science in the academic session 2003-04 two more post graduate subjects physics and botany were introduced.
