In order to improve student's speaking skills, Vel Tech Dr. R. R. & Dr. S. R. University, Chennai has implemented the Language Lab facility. Oréll Talk Premium 3 version has been installed which consists of 200 users. The installation was sucessfully completed by Mr. Shajan Dinesh, Oréll's technical executive, following which a training was provided for the teachers and supporting staffs. English language labs are designed to provide the learners with a strong platform for practical training in the language. A good language lab expertly and efficiently improves the language skills of the learners. They are exposed to functional language in use and are familiarized with the many pronunciation styles that are vital in everyday usage of the English language in today’s world.
