Oréll Language Lab Implemented at St. Thomas LPS Nellad

Oréll digital language lab, the pioneering solution for second language learning has been implemented at St. Thomas LPS Nellad, a successfully running school in the Kolenchery block in Ernakulam district.

Subsequent to the installation, Technical Executive from Oréll gave awareness training to the staff of the institution regarding the software and its working in language learning. As a customized language learning tool, Oréll language lab is beneficial for the teachers to create a dynamic and active learning atmosphere for the students to make them speak fluently without any inhibition. The two-way interaction facility in the digital language lab helps both the teacher and students to communicate privately without distracting others. Moreover, students get good exposure to e-learning and its countless possibilities. St. Thomas LPS Nellad was nominated to implement Oréll language lab as part of the Vidya Deepthi Complete Education Inspiration Project initiated by honourable MLA of Kunnathunad legislative Assembly Mr V. P. Sajeendran in co-operation with Kochi Refinery, a public crude oil refinery in the city of Kochi.

The optimal features incorporated in the system helps the teacher to effectively handle the classroom in a very lively manner. Considering the different language acquisition level of students, teacher can design study materials that befit the specific needs of the learner.

Oréll language lab will be an extremely supporting device for the students of St. Thomas LPS Nellad to get a better learning experience coupled with knowledge and fun. Students can enjoy the multimedia classes more than traditional classes in blackboard setting.
