Oréll language lab Implemented at Kinginimattom MMUPS

Oréll language lab has been implemented at Kinginimattom MMUPS, one of the best upper primary schools located in the Kunnathunadu Thaluk of Ernakulam. Oréll language lab has been set up in the school lab as part of the VidyaDeepthi Complete Education Inspiration Project initiated by the honourable MLA of Kunnathunad legislative Assembly Mr V. P. Sajeendran in co-operation with Kochi Refinery, a public crude oil refinery in Kochi.

The training session provided as part of the language lab installation was a hands-on event delivering the language teachers priceless experience using the software in real-time situations. The digital language lab software implemented at the college is coupled with a package of complimentary English learning materials specifically prepared considering the progressive and difficulty level of learners. The listen repeat and compare options integrated in the software help the students to understand and practice the actual pronunciation of words. The students will good get exposure to the sounds of language, new vocabulary, expressions and usages relevant in genuine contexts.

By using this language lab, teacher can give individual attention to students who are weak in language skills. Above all, the instructor can create custom-made study materials according to the specific needs of the students helping them in overcoming their embarrassments in communication.

Kinginimattom MMUPS, founded in 1956 is co-educational school located in Aikkaranadu South village of Kolenchery block of Ernakulam district in Kerala. The school, working under the management of private aided organisation is approved for Pre Primary, Primary and Upper Primary classes.
